Position Summary:
As our Full Time Patient Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for patients and prospects, guiding them through our range of telemedicine services via email, chat, and social media. You’ll be handling sensitive information with care and meeting ambitious yet achievable KPIs—all while working independently in a dynamic, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Engagement & Relationship Building
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients and prospects, building trust and fostering a positive experience.
- Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about our telemedicine services via email, chat, and social media.
- Performance Excellence
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while maintaining high service quality, maintain a good balance of quantity vs quality.
- Proactively address and resolve patient inquiries to ensure their satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with internal teams to share patient feedback and help drive service improvements.
- Contribute to our positive culture by maintaining an approachable, respectful, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Data Integrity & Confidentiality
- Safeguard sensitive patient information, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
- Keep accurate records of patient interactions using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, patient relations, or a related field—ideally within healthcare, telemedicine, or tech-driven environments.
- A track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly yet professional, conversational tone.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Comfortable using digital communication tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently without requiring constant supervision.
- A team player with a positive attitude who helps maintain our friendly and professional culture.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility in handling sensitive patient information.
Work Schedule:
- Hours:
- 8 active hours per day (9am – 5pm EST)
- A 30-minute lunch break plus two 15-minute breaks daily.
- Expectations:
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to adapt in our dynamic, KPI-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary:
- Competitive salary of $40,000 – $50,000 based on experience.
