Position Summary

Clover Meds is seeking an experienced Web Designer to complete, launch, and continuously optimize our website and digital patient journeys.

This hands-on role combines web and experience design, Wix development, Figma, conversion-rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, and data analysis to create credible, engaging, high-performing patient experiences.

The role extends beyond static page design. This designer will think in terms of complete user journeys—designing multi-step experiences such as interactive quizzes, forms, lead-generation flows, intake pathways, and other tools that guide prospective patients toward the appropriate next step.

While much of our website is built in Wix, some areas are supported by other technologies. For these experiences, the designer will create implementation-ready designs and prototypes in Figma and collaborate with Clover Meds’ internal development team to bring them to life.

The ideal candidate works efficiently in a fast-paced environment and uses creative judgment, user behavior, and performance data to continuously improve the patient journey.
